It's hard to imagine how horrible pizza can be in Indiana. To me there's, 2 choices in Pizza. One of which is the sausage pizza at vito & nicks. Nobody here in Indiana understands what wafer crust is or what a par cooked pizza is.

This is the best Pizza ever my family has been coming here for ever. My family grew up in Chicago and moved to Denver when I was a kid but I still have extended family in Chicago. My sister who came from Denver to visit me in Michigan wanted to stay in Chicago and after a visit to the City we got out our GSP nad look Vito and Nicks up just for fun thing change so much we never expected it to still be there. Thanks for the best pizza EVER you really brought back great memories and we will be back Michigan is only 2 hours!!!!!!!

The BEST pizza ANYWHERE!!!! Been eating it since the early 70's. Now we live 60 miles South of Chicago, but we still drive into the city just for the pizza.
Tried the one in Lemont, but this one is still No.1. You cannot beat the atmosphere at the original location! |

Born and raised on Vito and Nick's. Still love it! We always knew what we were getting with the service. We knew most of the staff and the place always felt like home.
Sorry to hear that Nick B passed away (I moved away in 2001), but am glad that the family is carrying on. There just isn't anything like that pizza anywhere else. |

Any truth to the rumor that the city health dept. recently shut down V&N ?

I grew up on this stuff! What more can I say. My wife and I moved down to Rensselaer so I could start my own little hot dog stand but I still miss the sights, sounds and especially some of the TASTES of home.
There is no place close where we can get a good pizza. Thats why, almost every time we get together with our family, we bring back par-baked pizzas from you. A short blast in the oven and I am sitting at a table near the bar, listening to the chatter and smelling the smells that take me back home again. I am glad I found the website and I will be in tonight to pick up 3 more sausage pizzas to take home with me when I come to visit my family this evening. -Chris Kosary :) |

My whole family loves the pizza. I have been going into the Pulaski location since high school (1970). I really like to pick one or two up on my way to Bears games. Great for tailgating.
